Local business achieves 240% more visibility — and customers from across Switzerland
In January 2026, I started the SEO Sprint with iSchmitt Repair, a local one-person business. Thanks to a strategic SEO realignment, the company is now fully booked.
About the Company

| Swiss SME in the consumer repair sector | |
| Services | Repairs of small electronic devices |
| Location | Greifensse, Zürich |
Until recently, most customers came from the surrounding area — people who already knew Patrick or had discovered that there was a repair service in Greifensee. With the SEO Sprint, we managed to help this local business attract customers far beyond its immediate surroundings — from all across Switzerland, and even from Germany and Austria.
Initial situation: A significant investment in a competitive market
For a long time, Patrick’s repair shop was a small side business. In 2025, however, he began focusing on his company full-time. This also led to the decision to invest seriously in his online visibility.
We started the SEO Sprint together in January 2026. The website’s visibility had performed reasonably well for some time but declined in November 2025. We needed to analyse what had happened and review the technical basics of the steadily growing website.
The repair market is also highly competitive. We therefore looked for a strategy that would allow a one-person business to stand out and achieve genuine growth.
The SEO-Sprint
January 2026 – April 2026
In October 2025, the product categorisation on the WooCommerce website was changed. As a result, all URLs were modified. Since this change went unnoticed, no redirects were set up.
The result: many of the best-performing categories and products dropped significantly in the rankings, and the website generated fewer and fewer leads.
One of the biggest opportunities in this project was expanding the website to cover the full range of repairs that iSchmitt Repair can carry out.
However, the strategy was not simply to target the services with the highest search volume, as these were also the areas where competitors were already positioning themselves. Instead, we aimed to capture demand in areas with virtually no competition.
The result of this strategic approach was that we no longer had to compete only within the local area. We were able to attract customers from across Switzerland — all from a small but highly specialised shop in the village.
The money keyword research and strategic realignment showed that hundreds of new categories would need to be implemented on the website. To make this work more efficient, we developed a content template that could easily be adapted to the different types of categories.
This also created another challenge: the existing menu structure no longer matched the new strategy, and the most important pages had to be integrated.
The new menu was implemented as a mega menu and strategically improved to enhance the user experience as well.
Results
After three months, we had the strategy and the templates needed to implement it. What was still missing, above all, was getting the new pages online.
And as I like to say: If it isn’t online, it can’t rank.
The first pages based on the new strategy went live in April 2026. More pages followed steadily until the strategy was fully implemented.
The growth since then speaks for itself: impressions increased by 240%, while clicks rose by almost 170%. And the trend is continuing upwards.
- Traffic: + 167,4 % (86 → 230 Clicks/Week)
- Impressions: +240,7 % (4.573 → 15.578 Impressions/Week)

What the client says

A key factor in my decision was her clearly structured approach and her focus on actionable measures rather than theory alone. In SEO in particular, it is essential not only to analyse, but also to make concrete improvements — and that is exactly what she delivers.
The collaboration is very pleasant and goal-oriented. Dani is highly committed, thinks proactively and consistently pays attention to detail. She answers questions thoroughly, and I always feel that I am in capable hands. You can tell that she is not simply going through the motions, but genuinely cares about the success of the project.
I can especially recommend her services to entrepreneurs and SMEs that want to improve their visibility systematically and value structured, practical guidance along the way.
Conclusion
Sometimes the solution sounds almost too simple to be true: in many cases, it is enough to bring everything you do onto your website.
Especially in a highly competitive sector, it can be beneficial not to focus your strategy solely on the most frequently searched terms, but instead on the gaps your competitors are leaving open.
Patrick has now had to reduce his opening hours because he receives so many repair enquiries online. He spends more and more of his time actually repairing things instead of relying on people to visit his shop in person.
And if you have something that needs repairing, I recommend visiting Patrick’s website. No matter where you live in Switzerland, you can send it to him by post and have it repaired and returned to you:
