What you should know before hiring me!

I’ve answered some important points right here that you should know before reaching out. Some of them might also be questions you’re currently thinking about.

Required budget for SEO

SEO is a marketing channel that helps you secure your place at the top of Google in the long run. Unlike ads, where results stop when you stop paying, SEO continues to deliver even after the work is done. However, it’s not a quick fix, and it requires more than just a few bucks.

If you’re serious about SEO, expect to invest at least 2000 CHF per month for 6–12 months. Even a one-time analysis, which you implement yourself, is complex and requires expertise, so you should budget at least 3,000 CHF (one-time). A full SEO strategy, which is the gold standard, will cost even more.

You need to understand that investing in SEO means investing in your business to get your website ranking higher on Google and other search engines.

What’s the difference between an SEO expert and an SEO agency?

When you work with an SEO expert, you’re working with one person over a long period. That means you’ll always have the same point of contact. The expert is the one who discusses the plan with you from the start, learns all the details about your business, and has a real interest in your results because their reputation depends on it.

In an SEO agency, you often have multiple points of contact. A consultant handles the daily work, a lead discusses contracts with you, and someone else sends the bill. While you may work with the agency long-term, your direct contacts might change over time. On average, people in marketing switch jobs every two years, especially in agencies.

No hourly services

I don’t offer hourly services. Requests for my “hourly rate” will simply be ignored.

If you need someone to work by the hour, you should look for a freelancer or employee.

My services are project- and results-based, and the goal is to achieve those results as effectively and efficiently as possible

When you fill out the request form, you’ll provide some details, including your phone number. I’ll give you a call to discuss a few specifics, which will help determine how we move forward. I don’t send offers without first having a conversation.

I’ve had bad experiences with other SEO agencies/experts

Unfortunately, I hear this more often than I’d like. SEO has a bit of a bad reputation because there are many out there selling SEO services who only know the basics.

It’s best if we set up a meeting so you can get to know me and see my offer firsthand. It’s not the same as what most SEO agencies and experts provide.

How much is it worth to you for your customers to find you on Google?

If these prices seem too high, you’re probably right. The difference here is in the quality and the fact that I don’t just follow basic checklists or export data from tools—we get to the root of your problem.

If you’re not ready to invest this money in SEO, then it doesn’t make sense for us to work together. I prefer to work on projects where we can make real progress and celebrate successes together.
